Fairgrounds Stadium

4,000-seat stadium

Can hold concerts, family shows and outdoor events

Management of Non-Baseball Events

Phase II  - (Opened January 13, 2007)

• The Pavilion

• Central Pavilion

• 49,423 sq. ft.

• 2,000 bleacher seats

• Air conditioned indoor pavilion that can accommodate equestrian shows, rodeos, livestock events, family shows, boxing, wrestling and concerts

• East and West Pavilions

• Two indoor exhibition pavilions adjacent to the Central Pavilion

• Each of the two pavilions is 47,677 sq. ft. (95,354 total sq. ft.) and can be used for animal exhibitions and various trade shows (car shows, boat shows, etc…)

Banquet Hall / Conference Center

• 33,300 total sq. ft.                                      

• 20,000 sq. ft. ballroom

• 2 Meeting Rooms

Equestrian Center – (Opened January 10, 2008)

• 60,000 sq. ft. covered arena

• 1000 bleacher seats

• 150-stall covered barn

Phase III  - (Scheduled to Open 2008)

• The Heritage Center

• 4,500-seat arena
