Robstown Area
Development Commission is proud of Cottonfest '08, an Annual
Celebration of Culture, History of Cotton Economy of Robstown & the
surrounding area.
Historically,
cotton and vegetable farming have played an important role in
Robstown's economy. The community will celebrate this heritage this year
at Cottonfest '08, its November family festival. Live music,
arts and crafts, sports competitions, cook-offs, contests, carnival,
and historical exhibits provide something for everyone.

Parade
Cottonfest 2008 will kick
off with a parade that will begin at 10a.m. Sat., Oct. (TBD),
2008. The parade will begin at the corners of Matiana Ortiz Blvd. &
Main Ave. (with Line-Up beginning at 9a.m.) and proceed to the RMB Regional Fairgrounds, with parking available at the Fairgrounds.
